Shipping policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to all governorates across Egypt.

2. Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days from order confirmation. Working days exclude Fridays and official public holidays. During sales, holidays and peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer.

3. Order confirmation

After you place your order, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order and address. Please keep your phone available so we can ship your order without delay.

4. Shipping fees

Shipping fees depend on your governorate and are shown at checkout before you place your order.

5. Payment

Cash on Delivery is available on all orders. Please have the exact amount ready if possible.

6. Delivery attempts

The courier will call you before delivery. If we can't reach you after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to us and you will need to contact us to re-arrange delivery.

7. Correct address

Please make sure your name, phone number and full address (governorate, area, street, building and apartment) are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

8. Check your package

Please check the outer package in front of the courier before paying. If it is visibly damaged, you may refuse it and contact us right away. See our Refund Policy for more details.
